  • Do You Have Gluten Free Options?

    Yes, we have plenty of gluten free options. 95% of our our Paleo meals will be gluten free, along with our clean, detox, and low carb menu items. However, our facility is not gluten free certified and we cannot guarantee no cross contamination. If you have a severe or life threatening gluten allergy we do not recommend My pure Life.
  • How Often Do You Change Your Menu?

    Our team prepares a new menu rotation every week.
  • What Are The Calorie Ranges Of The Meal Plans?

    Our calorie counts typically range from 250-450 calories per meal. Nutritional information on all meals can be viewed in our online platform when selecting your meals and are located on the label of each meal.
  • What Are Your Protein Sources?

    We have a wide variety of protein sources in our meal plans. Some may include but are not limited to chicken, fish, seafood, pork, turkey and beef. We also have vegetarian and vegan meals that use protein sources such as beans, nuts, eggs, cheese and tofu.
  • How Many Days Does The Food Last?

    Our food is made fresh day of the delivery and stays fresh up to 3-5 days.
  • Can I Freeze My Meals?

    Our meals are meant to be eaten fresh on the day they were intended for. We do not recommend freezing our meals.
  • How Do I Heat My Meals?

    All meals are served in microwave safe containers for easy reheating. To warm your meals, open container and remove any cold items, garnishes and sauces. Place the cover back on the container leaving one corner cracked open for ventilation. All microwaves vary. Warming times can range anywhere from 1-2 minutes. We do not recommend heating our meals on the HIGH setting as it can overcook the food. Container may be hot. Carefully remove container from microwave and enjoy.
  • Are The Meals Appropriate For Diabetics?

    Yes, our meals are diabetic friendly, in that they do not cause as quick of a spike in blood sugar as compared to other types of meals. We primarily use complex carbs which are high in fiber, take longer to break down and move slower through your system so sugar levels do not spike as quickly. We use low glycemic foods, use no white sugar, flour, or processed foods. We use limited amounts of natural sweeteners in the form of honey, maple, agave & stevia.
  • What Kind Of Fats Do You Use?

    We cook with healthy, unsaturated fats that are high in Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. We avoid butter, lard, and mayonnaise. We use healthy fats like coconut oil and olive oil in our food preparation.
  • What Are Your Cut-off Times For New Orders, Choosing Meals or Account Changes?

    Our cut-off times are: Thursdays at 11:30pm for the following week.
  • Is There A Limit To How Many Meals I Can Choose On Any Day?

    No, there is not a maximum limit to how many meals or items you can choose, keep in mind there is a 10 weekly minimum.
  • When Will I Receive My Menu?

    Menus are released to our online ordering system every Friday morning by 10:00am.
  • I Can’t Log In To My Account. What Do I Do?

    If you have trouble logging in to your account email feedme@mypurelife.com and we will assist you.
  • What If I Live In A Gated Community or Condo?

    If you live in a gated community or condo with a concierge or manned gate, please notify them about your deliveries so our drivers can gain access. Be sure to tell them we deliver Sunday and Wednesday evenings between 6:00pm and 11:00pm.. If there is not a manned gate, we will need to receive a FOB or gate code before your deliveries can begin. My Pure Life cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries due to no access.
  • What Time Do You Deliver?

    Meals are delivered Sunday and Wednesday evenings between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
  • What Are Your Meals Delivered In?

    Our meals are delivered in a thermally insulated cooler bags with ice packs.
  • What Do I Do With My Empty Cooler Bag and Ice Packs?

    On Sundays & Wednesdays make sure to put your empty cooler bag and ice packs out on your doorstep for our driver to pick up when he makes your next delivery.
  • What If I Need My Bag Delivered In A Specific Place At My Home?

    If you have any specific driver instructions for where to place your bag, please add the specifics to your order notes.
  • What If I Forget To Leave My Bag Out?

    If you forget to put your empty bag and ice packs out the night before your delivery, please make sure to do so on your next delivery. At the end of service if we have not received all of our bags back, we will charge a $10 per bag unreturned bag fee on the credit card we have on file.
  • What Are Your Delivery Fees?

    We charge a $14 fee each week.
  • Are Your Containers Recyclable?

    Our containers are made of PET recyclable material. While we don’t take our containers back, they are recyclable. We encourage you to re-use your containers or recycle them. We are unable to accept used containers back into our facility.
  • Do You Have A Referral Program?

    Yes. If you have someone you’d like to refer to us, just send an email to us at feedme@mypurelife.com and provide the contact name, email and phone number for the person you are referring. If your referral signs up, we will credit your account automatically with 5 free meals. Or if you have a friend call in, simply ask them to give your name when we ask “how did you hear about us” and we will note your account for a day of complimentary meals.
