Ahealth coach is a cheerleader, a guide, a holistic practitioner, a clean eating expert, and a healthy living guru. At My Pure Life, our Health Coaches graduated and went through the certification process at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they developed a vast understanding of how food affects the body, as well as about how all elements of one’s lifestyle impact health – from relationships to career to mindset to stress levels.

At My Pure Life, our coaches help you succeed. Whether you’re making changes to your diet and needing an accountability partner, or you’re looking for ideas on how to reduce stress – our coach is there to support you 100%.
