Knowing I have prepared healthy food at my fingertips, I no longer have to decide what I want to eat on the way home or at lunchtime. The meals are filling and I do not end up hungry a couple of hours later. Due to my change in eating habits, I have lost 10 lbs since I started 3 weeks ago. That is without any exercise or any other weight loss tool. It’s just from eating better food choices. I am absolutely delighted with the results and I am motivated to continue eating properly and to add exercise to the mix. I could give My Pure Life 10 Stars! Food is fresh and taste amazing, cooking is perfect. This is by far the best Meal prep company I’ve ever try! They deliver twice a week and the costumer service is great. They have so many options on their menu, plenty of gluten free, vegan, low carbs, kids menu.. I’ve lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks on their meal plan, I’m so happy I found them!
Time Saver Without Compromising My Health
Before I found My Pure Life, I tried everything you could think of to get meals ready for the week. I did meal prep, which took all day on Sunday to plan, shop and make all of the food. I also tried meal delivery in a box – which was so expensive for still having to cook all the food and sooo much work to do the cooking. And finally I found My pure life and I got my time back! No more sundays spent meal prepping and no more evenings spending an hour cooking dinner. It is perfect to have all my healthy meals prepared for me without having to do all the work! It’s changed my life – now I can be healthy AND have time for what is most important – spending time with my family!
Eat Right, Lose Weight
With My Pure Life I have lost 25 pounds and I am feeling great. I am aware that My Pure Life is not a “diet” program per se, but it is the poster child for the saying, “if you just eat right, you’ll lose the weight.” I have busy lifestyle and I tried those “Meal Plans” that come in a cardboard box but they caused me digestive problems. My Pure Life is great food with a diverse menu to select from. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; it’s like ordering scheduled take out from the best restaurants in town in one place, delivered right to my door twice a week.

Great Customer Service
Wish we could give them more than 5 stars!!! My husband and I lead very busy work lives and have very little time to shop/prep/cook/clean which had us leaning towards unhealthy food options. A friend introduced us to MPL 6 months ago and we not only LOVE the food, but it’s healthy too. We had previously tried and failed with several other South Florida meal plan companies only to be sorely dissatisfied with all of them.
