The Whole30 plan is a 30-day clean-eating strategy meant to change your eating habits and make you feel better. The goal is to cut out foods that may be negatively impacting your health, like sugar, grains, and dairy. The results are incredible, and include the potential for weight loss, as well as feeling better and more energized. It’s not a “diet” in the sense you count calories or anything. You can eat what you want it just has to fall on the list of approved foods.

Perhaps the most difficult aspect of following a Whole30 plan is knowing what to eat and how to make delicious meals without your go-to ingredients, like cheese and bread (we feel you). Paleo


The Paleolithic diet is based on the foods our early ancestors lived on—basically, natural foods with no processed ingredients. It gets its name from the Paleolithic era, which dates back 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago. The typical American diet (even a seemingly healthy one) is filled with unnatural ingredients and processed foods. The Paleo diet changes all that. It largely consists of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. It excludes dairy, grains, and processed foods.

The unnatural and heavily processed foods we consume today are strongly linked to increased rates of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. The goal of Paleo? To return to your natural roots and consume a diet your body was designed to eat. The challenge is creating yummy meals with so many food restrictions—we’ve mastered the challenge. Our chef prepared paleo meals are every bit as delicious as they are healthy.

Vegan


Vegan diet excludes all meat and animal products. Luckily, there are many delicious plant-based foods to feast on. You don’t have to avoid pizza or burgers—there are countless other ways to enjoy these classic cuisines without eating meat or dairy cheese. To get adequate nutrients, a vegan diet should be rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.

The body may undergo positive changes as long as you are getting enough protein and other nutrients. A common issue with vegan diets is that people rely too heavily on processed foods and refined carbohydrates. Rest assured, our vegan meal plans offer everything you need to thrive with carefully planned balanced nutrition. Gluten Free


Gluten is a general term for proteins found in wheat, rye, barley, and triticale. Gluten acts like a glue, holding food together and helping it maintain its shape. Gluten isn’t bad for everyone but in some it causes a negative reaction and a gluten-free diet improves symptoms. Gluten can show up in surprising places, like soy sauce, pre-seasoned meats, and some salad dressings (just to name a few). Hence, why it can be difficult to maintain a gluten-free diet on your own.

Rest assured, we carefully pick each ingredient, from marinades to sauces and even cooking oils, to ensure 100% gluten free meals that don’t lack anything in terms of flavor. After all, you don’t have to give up your favorite foods to enjoy a healthy gluten free diet. Low Carb


Are you trying to cut carbs but love pasta, breads, and other treasured carbohydrates? The goal isn’t to ignore your inner cravings, but instead to find new ways to fulfill them. For instance, our Spinach Shrimp Spaghetti Squash hits the spot when you’re craving pasta and it won’t derail your low carb diet. We’ve worked hard alongside master chefs to create mouth-watering meals that are low in carbs and high in health, so you can focus more on the things you love in life while achieving your health and fitness goals.

You don’t have to cut carbs completely. A low carb diet is generally considered anything between 20 and 70 grams of carbohydrates per day. This is significantly lower than the average “healthy” diet, which suggests eating between 150 and 225 grams of carbs per day. Eat higher carb meals earlier in the day and end the day with meals high in protein and vegetables.

Clean & Lean


Trying to gain muscles mass, run your first (or fifth) marathon, or compete in a Spartan race? We understand the delicate connection between fitness and food, and we make it easy for everyone to eat right for their fitness goals with our Clean & Lean meal plans. After all, many experts will tell you it’s around 80% what you eat and 20% what you do in the gym.

If you are trying to reach new fitness goals it’s important to fuel your body with perfectly portioned and balanced meals consisting of lean protein, plenty of vegetables, healthy fats and complex carbs. Of course, that’s easier said than done… unless you get your meals from My Pure Life. In which case, we make it easy to enjoy eating healthy with carefully selected ingredients and delicious chef prepared meals delivered to your door. Within the Clean & Lean plan you can find meals that are free of: gluten, dairy, calorie laden sauces, heavy seasonings, oils, and sweeteners. Many of them are low carb and support those following an HCG protocol or competitions prep.

Desserts


Working towards fitness and wellness goals? We say that calls for a little celebration… how about dessert?! Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up dessert. For many of us, dessert is our favorite meal of the day. It’s not bad to eat dessert, as long as you eat the right portion of each carefully selected sweet ingredient. Some desserts are far worse for you than others. Obviously, you want to avoid desserts loaded with sugars and carbs—these are what can leave you feeling sluggish and bloated. Luckily, there are plenty of healthier options.

Our chef prepared desserts are perfectly portioned and oozing with deliciousness. Sink your teeth into an Apple Crisp, Pecan Coffeecake, Peanut Butter Protein Blondie, Vegan Chocolate Truffles, or a Chocolate Covered Coconut Bar. The best part? Each delectable dessert is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth without blowing your diet.

These desserts are masterfully crafted by our Pastry chef who carefully procures the purest unprocessed ingredients. These may not be low in calorie, carbs or sugar but the portions are satisfying and just what you need to satisfy your sweet tooth while not containing “junk” or artificial ingredients and are a far better choice than digging into and polishing off a pint of ice cream after dinner. We believe in balance and these do the trick, there is something for everyone here, many of which are Paleo, Vegan and Gluten-Free.

Kids Meals


We understand it can be a challenge to get your kids to eat healthy. Yet, eating healthy is crucial for growth and development—so what’s a parent to do? Our goal is to make it easier for everyone to enjoy healthy meals, including your little ones. That’s why we’ve created special recipes using kid-friendly flavors that even the pickiest eaters can enjoy. Each meal is sure to keep your kid(s) happy and well-nourished, all while making your role as a parent a little bit easier.

All of our meal plans, from gluten-free to vegetarian, include the option to add kid-friendly meals. We put a healthy spin on classic favorites like Crispy Chicken Fingers, Pepperoni Pizza, and Quesadillas too. You’ll probably want to steal a bite or two (don’t say we didn’t warn you!). Each meal is made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients meant to nourish the body while satisfying taste buds.
